Why You May Be on a “Do Not Email” List:
Your email provider may have instructed our software provider, Sassie, to stop sending emails to your address. This can happen for various reasons, such as a full inbox or marking a shop offer email as spam. If you click a link to be removed from emails from any mystery shop company using Sassie, you will be removed from all such emails. To stop emails from a specific company, update your shopper profile and set the “Get Shop offer emails” option to “No.” Fixing the Issue Yourself (Gmail):
1. Log in to your inbox.
2. Click the gear icon and select “See all settings.”
3. Go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.
4. Find and unblock the sender.

All shops pay within 60 days of being completed. If you have a shop that has not paid within 60 days of the shop being submitted, please contact your scheduler.
If you participate in mystery shopping through any company utilizing the Liveshopper/Sassie platform, please refrain from marking their emails as spam. Doing so may result in you not receiving any emails from other companies on the same platform. Instead, we recommend accessing your account with that specific company and adjusting your email preferences to 'Off' for receiving shop offers via email.
